POOL SEASON is here.  This Strength Plan Makes Cannonballs!! It's Summer time, Sun's OUT,  Gunz OUT.  This 4 day per week plan has a great blend of strength with some crazy pumps mixed in to get the bumps.  "Big Bench Monday" "Strong Back Tuesday" "Big Squat Thursday" and "Big Pump Friday" occur each week.  Every Friday has a Waist Up (Upper Body) SuperSet routine that will make it hard to buckle your seat belt after you finish.  Strength plan is 4 weeks long.   Program is designed for males and females.
