OAK TREE is here.  It's a 20 day strength plan that allows you to decide how many days per week you want to train.  Plan takes you "BACK TO YOUR ROOTS" and attacks basic strength compound movements.  Many sets of strength are built in the plan and it utilizes some super set methods.  

Train 3 Days per Week  OAK TREE becomes almost a 7 week plan

Train 4 Days per Week OAK TREE becomes a 5 week plan

Train 5 Days per Week OAK TREE becomes a 4 week plan.  

20 Strength Days are in this plan.

Program is designed for males and females.
