HOW MUCH YA BENCH? has arrived. A four day per week pressing routine that is aimed at one target, getting a bigger bench. Each day, there is pressing involved with lots of back, shoulder, and auxiliary arm work. Back squats and Front Squats are utilized to keep the lower body in the gainz race. Very specific warm up and specialized grip circuits are also planned into the strength program. Strength Plan is designed to train on MONDAY/TUESDAY AND THURSDAY/FRIDAY EACH WEEK. Plan is 4 weeks long. Program is designed for males and females.
