ARM FARM is here. Many have asked for a plan that attacks the Bench Press, thickens the torso, and absolutely blasts the ARMS EVERYDAY. Plan was inspired by Legendary Strength Coach Scott Caulfield. Scott took the Dr. Jacked plan to a whole new level. His ARM DEVELOPMENT could not go unnoticed which is why I named this ARM FARM STRENGTH PLAN after him.
This is a 4 Day per Week Plan that is designed to train on Mon/Tue and Thur/Fri. Like all plans, it is four weeks long. Plan has some back squat, front squat, and hamstring work sprinkled in just so you do not get too top heavy. Program is designed for males and females.
