BRICK HOUSE is here. A Five day per week plan that will build a very STRONG Foundation of Strength. The first 5 day per week total body strength plan. It is based on a Work Hard approach 5 days a week. Weekends will be looked to as needed rest and recovery each week. Plan is 4 weeks long.
