BRICK HOUSE is here.  A Five day per week plan that will build a very STRONG Foundation of Strength.  The first 5 day per week total body strength plan.  Inspired by my Father who retired after 31 years as a Brick Layer.  It is based on a Work Hard approach 5 days a week.  Weekends will be looked to as needed rest and recovery each week.  Plan is 4 weeks long.  Designed to Strength Train Monday-Friday and take Saturday and Sundays off.  Lots of big Compound Strength Movements each day.  When a storm hits, nothing like feeling secure in a BRICK HOUSE.
