DR JACKED HAS RETURNED. The people said this plan needs a sequel. This 5 day per week / 4 week plan continues to deliver strength, size, and head turning pumps. Dr Jacked came back a little more aggressive and is prescribing some sets and reps that only a Doctor can suggest. Very tough plan that is set up to train Mon-Friday and take weekends off. Program is designed for males and females.
