STRONG & FAST AF comes in smoking fast. The first PPSA plan that includes speed improvement drills, plyometrics, along with a rugged strength and power plan. No smoke and mirrors (ladders, parachutes, etc), but a effort based plan with simple concepts. The understanding and ability to execute the Olympic lifts is mandatory in order for this plan to work. This plan is a Four Week, four days per week plan. It is designed to train on Mon/Tue/Thur/Fri. There is some extensive warm up and hard sprinting two days a week before the strength work which could put the total training time towards 1:20-30 minutes. I wanna go Fast, I wanna go Fast.
