The exercises and concepts are basic and the sets and reps start slow but continue to get more difficult throughout the program. Great plan for MALES & FEMALES.
Plan has two phases:
Week’s 1-4 (3 Days per week)
Week’s 5-8 (4 Days per week)
Minimal equipment is needed to complete this. A Rack(squat, bench,pull-up), a barbell and some weights. Minimal DB work
