Each day has a TORSO THICKENING PROTOCOL and a MAKE THE SLEEVES FIT TIGHT section. The good friend BACK SQUAT creeps into the plan every 3rd training day. Plan has two major bench press days each week. Plan is designed and has the best results when individual follows the Training Schedule of Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday.
